The initiative involved consolidating five legacy systems and databases into a unified Siebel platform and Oracle database. As a result of successfully migrating millions of patients, healthcare provider (HCP), and transactional records, our biotechnology client significantly streamlined the management and reporting processes for activities related to each of their products.
OmniTek Consulting was appointed by a leading global database and systems integrator firm to oversee the CRM implementation for an organization within the Department of Defense. This program involved the deployment of three key modules—CRM, Supply Chain Management, and Financials—replacing the organization’s legacy logistics system, which had been in place for over 30 years.
