OmniTek Consulting partnered with a renowned Clinical Research Organization (CRO) to lead a transformation program for a globally recognized biotechnology company. The initiative involved consolidating five legacy systems and databases into a unified Siebel platform and Oracle database. As a result of successfully migrating millions of patients, healthcare provider (HCP), and transactional records, our biotechnology client significantly streamlined the management and reporting processes for activities related to each of their products.  

OmniTek Consulting was appointed by a leading global database and systems integrator firm to oversee the CRM implementation for an organization within the Department of Defense. This program involved the deployment of three key modules—CRM, Supply Chain Management, and Financials—replacing the organization’s legacy logistics system, which had been in place for over 30 years. Additionally, data integrations were developed across more than 25 systems to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow. The implemented systems, processes, and integrations continue to operate effectively to this day.  

OmniTek Consulting was engaged by a leading global pharmaceutical client to spearhead a comprehensive program ensuring full compliance with the Sunshine Act, also known as Open Payments. This high-stakes initiative involved the collection and remediation of extensive datasets from over 30 internal and external sources. OmniTek played a pivotal role in facilitating the generation and submission of federally mandated reports, as well as state-specific submissions, ensuring the client met all regulatory requirements efficiently and effectively.

This initiative resulted in the successful optimization of the agency’s training program, benefiting over 300,000 employees for our client. The process was standardized to ensure competencies and their corresponding levels were assigned based on the established training curriculum.
