Who is it for?
VPs and directors who lead a department in a pharma, biotech, medtech, CRO, or CDMO company, such as Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, or Manufacturing. The free Quick Check is for one leader who wants a fast read. The Report Card is for a department head who wants up to five leaders working from one shared plan.
How long does it take?
The free Quick Check is 12 questions and takes a few minutes. For the Report Card, each leader spends 15 to 20 minutes answering 27 questions (24 if you skip the GxP section), on their own schedule. Your private link usually arrives within 15 minutes of purchase. Once your leaders have answered, you create the team report right away. The shared 30/60/90-day plan stays available for 90 days, and you can download the Excel tracker to keep it after that.
Who sees my answers?
Each leader answers privately. No one’s individual answers are shown to anyone else on the team, including the person who bought the Report Card. The team report shows only combined results: the team average for each area and the range of scores across your leaders.
What if I change my mind?
If no one on your team has started the assessment, contact readiness@omnitekconsulting.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Does the $750 count toward working with OmniTek?
Yes. If you engage OmniTek for consulting within 90 days of your debrief, we credit the full $750 toward your first engagement.
Is this a compliance audit?
No. The Report Card reflects how your leaders describe your department’s practices. It is general information, not a compliance audit, a validation assessment, or legal or regulatory advice. Many teams use the results to prepare for those conversations with Quality and Regulatory.
